Customer Review - AIG Insurance

aig comes cheaper but the worst customer service

why do many insurance companies have this problem? I was a aig customer for 2 years until someone hit my car when it was parked. Trying to explain this to a customer service agent took longer than it should have and getting a claims person out to my house took almost a week. It's a good thing i had a second car to drive or i would have been screwed. They did take care of the damage though, but still.
