Customer Review - AIG Insurance

I hope they don't get another bailout! I hope they go under

I have AIG for ten years. I have been accident free and have had no speeding tickets, etc. I am currently being cancelled! They are trying to say I had a DUI two years ago. I did not! I have repeatedly try to contact customer service and every time I get some different idiot who does not know how to retrieve my policy or even take a look at my driving record which would show them I have never had any such incident! I feel bad I wasted ten years with such a crappy insurance company! I am thankful however that I never had any accidents, because they are obviously not capable of handling anything properly. DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH AIG. You will probably regret it if you do.
