I had an 01 Olds Aurora that had minor damage to the front fender and a scratch on the headlight and the totaled the car they actually add an extra 1000 on to what the repair shop gave me they only paid 4500 to the finance company and i still owed after having them 2yrs. and max coverage then they told me I couldn't get full coverage on the car if I bought it back so I assume they repaired the car and sold it and made money off of it then weeks after they had the car they sent a letter stating I can get another adjuster my payments went 218 to 363 i went to another company and dropped them but it was hard to do that they wanted proof of everything twice and when they got it they stalled asking for more
