Glad I am not with AIG

I am with X..... My car was hit by a driver with AIG car insurance and I was given the run around over and over as to when my car was going to get fixed. They claimed they had to finish the paperwork. Paperwork should't take 2 weeks. I am surprised AIG is still in business.
