AIG Wont Pay their Claims

AIG wont pay their claims. My insurance broker suggested them based on cost. But when I filed a claim, they only paid 50% and said the rest was up to me. I hired an external insurance consultant (degrees and certified) and he wrote up a report that stated that the claim should be paid. AIG ignored the report. I arranged a conference call where we were to 'work things out'. When they learned that I would have a lawyer on the line, they hung up telling me that they didnt want to be 'on the record'. They also told me that there was no way for me to dispute them aside from taking them to court.

They stink - they dont pay their claims. Dont use them.
