incompetent period

first claim for an accident at home, it is a nightmare. Adjuster came and saw the damage, took the measurements and disappeared. Did not even offer me options, the response was you will get a check in the mail. That check is yet to come. I made the repairs myself, called customer service, claim service, adjuster, adjuster supervisor, nothing. AAA just lost a customer, and I am going to report them to the BBB and to the MI board of insurance. I don't care about getting my money anymore, now it is just about principle.
