I am writing to you today because of what my brother in law is going through with AAA. He put a claim in for water damage, they sent someone over very quickly. The inspector went through the house and told them that there was a lot of damage due to a broken water line. He informed them that will need a whole kitchen repair, I know because my wife and I were there during this discussion. Now they are refusing to pay and are jerking them around. AAA are crooks and take advantage of people, they should be sued. My sister and her family are living a half torn apart kitchen, exposed mold, for five weeks now tell me if that is healthy. Better Buisness should and will be involved along with a few attorneys if this matter is not resolved asap.
