Worst customer service imaginable.

AAA the worst we have ever dealt with. They insured a car that hit my son's parked car, 100% the fault of the driver insured by AAA. The company lost a page of accident report, made no effort to contact owner of damaged car. Took dozens of phone calls over 2 months to get AAA to do anything at all.
