Customer Review - AAA Insurance

Will not pay your claim ...do not take AAA insurance

Very disappointing. If you make a claim,even a legitimate one, they tend to drag out the claim until you wear out. They have one appraiser who is like a pit bull. May you never get him. They are very good at making excuses and place the blame on every thing else. They are just not fair and there is no one you can talk to as the company as a whole seldom return phone calls. They are say that they will do an independent inspection(eg roof) but it was always a person who will sway things their way. It is so blatant but what can you do ? It is never an unbiased inspection. AAA insurance. ...I would not trust them!!!
