Customer Review - AAA Insurance

Very few complaints

I've been a customer of AAA Insurance for many years. Over that time I've had several claims (unfortunately), bought new cars, sold old cars, accidentally let insurance lapse due to late payment (oops) and needed other routine things. AAA has been a good company through it all. My last accident involved no other driver and there was no accident report, so it was up to me to decide how I wanted to handle it. The claim agent I spoke to on the phone helped me do the math to figure out whether I should make the claim (and trigger higher premiums) or pay for the repair myself.

They've been a good company for our family, and I like my agent and the people who have handled claims.
