Customer Review - AAA Insurance

Useless Customer Service Reps.

I had both auto & renters insurance with AAA (California). I do a simple address change and all hell breaks lose. They cancel my renters policy and don't bother to tell me. Leaving me without any coverage. When it came time to renew my auto insurance, they raised the price. No claims, no tickets, no nothing, yet my premiums go up. When I call them back, the reps have no idea what is going on. To cut a long story short, I ended up writing a letter to the CEO. What a load of use he was (think Enron). I'm still dealing with these retards trying to get the problem sorted out. I can guarantee I won't be renewing my insurance with these guys when renewal time comes.
