Took my money before giving me a policy

I got a quote for auto and home. Asked a couple of questions and decided to go forward. Gave my credit card info. They billed me immediately and sent me policies that were different to the quote. I never accepted the policies. I contacted them 7 times by email and phone and they ignored me until I wrote to a VP. It took a month to get my money back.
Don't recommend anyone doing business with them
