They would not even repair my broken fence ??

You figure if you pay home insurance they would provide coverage when your fence is falling apart ? I have a $1000.00 dollar deductible and a fence that when my son put his hand on broke in half ? I called them because my fence is leaning towards my neighbors yard and the wood is really weak to the point if you put force on it, it breaks. I called put in a claim. I heard back from them one week later and all they told me is that they don't cover natural earth movement ? In other words because the rain takes the soil and the fence along with it over time they won't cover it ? Why do i actually pay home insurance then ? Makes no sense whatsever ? As far as the name goes i thought they were a good company but now i've learned my lesson it's not all about the name. AAA is worthless. I will be changing home insurance companies asap.
