Stay Away From AAA!

We insured both cars and our home with them. A month or 2 later, they started claiming that they had "rated" our home incorrectly, and they were billing us for several hundred dollars. They said they "had" to raise our coverage. Then they refused to issue a refund when we quit them after 6 months. We had paid the entire year of insurance in advance. The agents who did this are Vicky Shelton and Susan Adams in Louisville, KY. They also made me make several trips to photograph my wedding ring, and made me go to a jeweler and get a new appraisal, and then they just forgot to put it in the policy! I would stay away from AAA. They don't offer the accident forgiveness that Liberty Mutual and Allstate do.
