Customer Review - AAA Insurance

I think AAA is excellent

I am surprised to see some negative reviews. I have had great experiences with AAA. I have had accidents, totaled cars, added my kids, drivers, been through a divorce, experienced the roadside assistance many times, had insurance on my home and auto through AAA. I have had nothing but great experiences. Now, my first claim when I was in my early 20's wasn't resolved in 2-3 days as I had initially expected, but I had to learn that the insurance company needs the police report, damage estimates... Time to do their thing. However, overall, my expectations have always been very high, and they have always lived up to them. I love AAA. I really am surprised to see the negative comments.
