Horrible customer service, never responded!! Never got call back !!

Yesterday May 29th I called roadside service for the 1st time since becoming a member, I called at 2:30pm and was advised someone will arrive to unlock my vehicle by 4:05pm, I called back at 4:15 to check status and was advised someone will get back to me within 15 min. No call back, 45 min later I call again and was told someone will get back to me ...1 hour later I try calling again... this time call cannot get through due to your phone issues... I kept calling till 7pm and could not get through to any number. So after waiting by my car for 5 HOURS and never getting help or a call back. WILL CANCEL ACCOUNT AND GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH Better World ClUB
