AAA is a joke and their representatives are incompetent, as soon as my claim is settled I am dropping them as my insurance provider for home and auto. Many of my family members are also insured with AAA and they too are leaving. If you suffer a huge loss such as a house fire plan on being treated like crap and waiting forever to actually make progress on the claim. I had replacement value on my belongings and it's been almost 1/2 a year since submitting the info required to recover the depreciated amounts and I still have not received anything. I do receive emails from time to time telling me they should be done in a day or two, this has been the story since Sept. 20th and still nothing. The way I see it, that's over $12,000 that could be sitting in my account drawing interest but instead it's sitting in theirs. I sent an email to my adjuster's supervisor but got no response, just proof to me that even the supervisor's DO NOT CARE! That's all I can say is if you're looking to be insured by AAA look elsewhere, if you're insured with AAA pray nothing happens to your home like a fire or break in because you too will find yourself unhappy.
