Auto Insurance

AAA (CSAA) will always be my insurance carrier. I live in Oakland, California and my vehicle was involved in an accident on 10/24/11. I immediately reported the accident and AAA put me in a rental car the same day. The rental company came to my house to pick me up. About 30 minutes after opening the claim, I received a call from the adjuster, and was asked where I would like to have my vehicle repaired. I didn't have an answer for him right away but provided the answer next day. Again, within a half hour, I received a call from the repair company and was informed that they would pick up my vehicle the following day at no cost since it was not drive-able.

The repair company provided AAA and me with the cost to repair the vehicle. The repairs were approved; however, upon further examination, there were additional repairs that were much needed. On 11/4/11 AAA informed me that my vehicle had been deemed a total loss. I was informed that I would only have the rental car until 11/14/11. I asked AAA what happens if I am unable to locate a vehicle before the rental deadline. I was referred to their total loss program.

Yet again, AAA wasted no time to act. I received a call the same day prior to leaving work. I was asked what type of vehicle I was interested in. Not only did I provide them with the type of vehicle I wanted, but I also informed them what color, type of interior, and other features I would like for the vehicle to have. Before the night ended, they had found the vehicle that I wanted. It had everything that I asked for except the exterior of the car was not black but silver.

The following day on 11/5/11, they drove the vehicle to me to look over and to test drive. The car was immaculate; no scratches, no dents, clean interior, and low mileage. Throughout this whole ordeal, all I had to do was communicate with AAA and they did ALL the work. I have had insurance with different carriers in the past that have taken care of business, but they do not come close the service I received from AAA. AAA treated me like a VIP member throughout this whole ordeal. I am 100%+ satisfied with the service I received from AAA and ALL of its affiliates.
