AAA refusing to take fault for their insured motorists

My mother was recently in an accidient. She was at a stop light and another motorists hit her from behind. There was a witnes to te scene and he gave his name and number to give any statement either insurance needed.

Even after AAA found out that there was a witness they still said that their motorists doesn't want to be at fault even though he hit a car stopped at a red light and there was a witness who saw the entire thing and saw the AAA insured motorist as being the one who hit a stopped car (mothers).

I have home owner insurance and three cars insured with AAA. After this I am cancelling them all and having my lawer take up a lawsuit against AAA on my mothers behalf.

I had spoke with several of my coworkers and they too have had problems with AAA, and they were the ones insured by this rip off company.

My Advice, is to stay away from AAA they do not take care of you even if you are the one insured by them.
