AAA Terrible service / they don't back you up as a customer

I have a truck which was towed by one of their listed vendors named County East Tow, these people broke a part of my truck while towing it and i put in a claim, it was all for nothing because they said i could not prove it and they can't pay me any money for the damages. I had a witness who saw how they handled the tow and a mechanic that has parts to prove there was no way it could break unless forced. My car bill was $2,800.00 + dollars and what they broke was only a little over $500 but they still chose not to protect me as a client. I am very disappointed and will be removing AAA from my home insurance this year coming and not using them for auto insurance either. I could have never imagined they would not believe their own customers even with mechanical proof. Just comes to show it's not all about how big the name is.
