AAA Awful service

AAA is one of this insurance hard to review.

On one hand their representatives are nice and polite and on the other hand, they seem to be all retarded. If you are not in California the communication between your state AAA and California is like if they were talking different languages. Whatever you agree in your state, nobody gets it in AAA California.

There is no one single time AAA send me a statement (I pay every 6 months) which is correct, and every-time I have to go in person to fix the mistake.
The top of the stupidity happened the last summer when my wife total lost our toyota corolla. The claim was fine the refund for the total was correct and in time, this happened one month and a half before the new statement.

I went in person to remove the corolla in the new policy and add a hyundai elantra we bought. They couldn't give me a copy of the new policy because the didn't have access to my account (head quarters are in California), 9 months later and after being there more than 12 time they continuing sending me the policy with the corolla and no hyundai, too long nightmare to tell here.

Their website is a total disaster, they don't show any information of your policy in your account and if you try to book any trip on the site, forget it!
I entered a trip from San Antonio TX to St Petersburg in FL and the system told me they didn't have travel to the Russian Federation and this was specifying the state, Florida. When I tried to contact web-master, the system didn't allow me to send the email. It is showed as system error.
All surreal-!!
