Do not believe what the Agent says.I thought I had good insurance and good coverage. Recently my RV was stolen and that’s when I learned the hard way that AAA doesn’t do what they say they will. Insurance SchemeThey take your money first before they issue insurance then change the quote after you have signed contract. Keep in mind they already have your money. Secondly they quote you the law in Florida that you need to show them proof of new insurance before you will get your money back. Done that its been over continued... |

Don't make the same mistake that I didI have been a AAA member for over 25 years. When they went into the insurance agency business,I had them quote my renters and auto policies and gave them my business. The policies were written through Travelers. Took my money before giving me a policyI got a quote for auto and home. Asked a couple of questions and decided to go forward. Gave my credit card info. They billed me immediately and sent me policies that were different to the quote. I never accepted the policies. Will not pay your claim ...do not take AAA insuranceVery disappointing. If you make a claim,even a legitimate one, they tend to drag out the claim until you wear out. They have one appraiser who is like a pit bull. May you never get him. They are very good at making excuses and place the blame on every thing else.
