worst service ever

get screwed by 21st century/farmers ins before our policy was up for renewal they sent a cancellation for my sons sr22 to the ca dmv. he has had the sr22 with them prior, they sent us a bill as normal to renew, i was notified by the ca dmv of this issue after 1 week of phone calls to them I goit no where they said they have supplied the dmv and us what we needed.They are wrong they will need to make a new policy. lack of time I had to insure my son with someone else I am next
