I have had this insurance and never had to file a claim until my house was hit with hail in March 2011. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They have still to settle on my claim after 4 claims adjusters have been to my house, I cannot even talk to a human, everything is email and I never get calls returned. I would never recommend them and hope that people heed my warning, go with a company you can trust!
