Terrible Insurance

21st Century Insurance is awful. I have had terrible experiences with their costumer service whenever they would make a mistake in billing. The mistakes in billing were often, and sometimes they would charge me for things that I already paid for. It is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with and I do NOT recommend it.
