TV Commercials are total lies

I was hit by someone in my BMW M3 who had 21st Century insurance. I was hit in the drivers door. The 21st Century adjuster wanted to repair my badly damaged door with bondo instead of replacing the door skin. They refused to listen to the local body shop with over 30 years in business. I ended up paying my deductible with State Farm who paid to have my car repaired per the body shop recommendation without question. I ended up getting my deductible from 21st Century after a few months and much aggravation. The TV commercial states that the same car gets the same repair from 21st Century as other insurance carriers from my terrible experience is a complete and absolute lie.
