Customer Review - 21st Century Insurance

No one is home in customer service

One of the smart things 21st Century does is give customers a space to vent their concerns with the company's customer services. Do these complaints ever get answered? do customers ever get their problems resolved? Who knows? I'm guessing a delete key is pressed.

But here's an idea for customers, like myself, who can't seem to get any sort of acknowledgment from 21st Century. Send a copy of your complaint to your State Insurance Commissioner, and your State Attorney General. You can also copy the BBB and Chamber of Commerce in your area. Be sure to ask for a written response. You may hear from those agencies before you hear from customer service.
