Never had customer service like this

I filled out an online quote and was turned down for coverage with no explanation. 21st called me back 6 times before I was finally able to take the call. When I answered the call, the woman was kind and said she was calling in regards to my online quote and that she was connecting me to a sales rep. Umm OK. This rep said "Oh, she didn't realize that your request was suspended." I said "Yes, it said I was not eligible, but didn't give a reason why." The rep said matter of fact "Because your license is suspended." I kindly told him "No it isn't" and he proceeded with "Oh, well it was within the last 3 years and I can't do anything with this." "We can't help you."

HAHAHAHAHAHA OKAY!! Some customer service and I'm not even a customer!!! Thanks but no thanks, Jerks! You called ME! I'll say that GEICO rates have increased more than I would like to pay, but I've been with them for over 8 years and I will continue to be them. At least we both know who we're dealing with.
