Long standing customer has serious doubts about 21st centuryI've been with this company for 15 years! Ever since they were involved with the AIG debacle the company has really gone downhill FAST. They used to have the best customer service, good rates, good homeowners policies and now everything is terrible. I had the WORST experience with a customer service rep (she was based in PA) and wrote an email to complain. I received a generic "we'll look into it" response by email and then NADA and, my problem was NEVER resolved! I've never had an accident and have an excellent driving record but based on my recent experience with the customer service I'm willing to bet they would be terrible ! The only reason I stay with them is because I have a low rate.
