Incompetent customer service an understatement

Terrible, terrible customer service. I have had several insurance companies during my 35 years of driving, but this one is far and away the worst. Online quotes are very misleading and inaccurate. If you purchase a policy online, expect to receive several "rate adjustments" in the mail during the coming weeks, wanting more money from you. I once received a small (about $16) refund check one day. I called their customer service center to find out why and what it was for. Neither the CS representative nor a supervisor could tell me what the check was for. They told me to return it, which I did.

About 3 weeks before my 6 month policy was set to expire, I receive a form letter in the mail telling me I was being cancelled because one of my three vehicles was being stored at a location other than my home, thereby making me "ineligible" to have automobile insurance with them. Now, this same exact information was provide to them at the time I purchased the policy online. If this violated their rules, then why on earth was I approved and the policy issued in the first damn place? I guarantee that I will never receive a clear and convincing answer to that question.

This has to be one of the most inept, incompetent insurance companies existing in the USA today. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid having any dealings with 21st Century Insurance. Otherwise, you will regret it and be taken advantage of yourself. If I could give a negative -5 stars, I would. They're absolutely the worst !
