Incompetent customer service an understatementTerrible, terrible customer service. I have had several insurance companies during my 35 years of driving, but this one is far and away the worst. Online quotes are very misleading and inaccurate. If you purchase a policy online, expect to receive several "rate adjustments" in the mail during the coming weeks, wanting more money from you. I once received a small (about $16) refund check one day. I called their customer service center to find out why and what it was for. Neither the CS representative nor a supervisor could tell me what the check was for. They told me to return it, which I did.
