Don't even consider 21st Century. Complete incompetence.

The incompetence at 21st Century baffles me. I switched over about a month ago and there have been nothing but problems and red flags everywhere. So I'm switching yet again.

They managed to get all of my information in their system wrong, with someone else's email address and an outdated ZIP code I never even gave them. After a couple weeks when I realized what happened I called to correct everything and asked them to resend paperwork I'm required to sign. It never came and they raised my rates because I hadn't responded. Meanwhile PennDOT is threatening to suspend my registration because I haven't been able to send them proof of insurance. After a second set of phone calls they claimed to undo the premium hike and send the paperwork again.

With every call they tell me I can print the forms online but their website is very poorly designed for customers, and documentation (PDFs) pops up in a useless, tiny in-line window with no way to print them.

The paperwork finally came today (It's March, and I signed up in January) and the forms are completely blank.
