Customer Review - 21st Century Insurance

Don't be a sucker, find another!

My other insurance was about to run out and I had been looking for a lower paying premium. The monthly one I had was getting a bit to expensive for just a single person. But I still wanted the same full coverage I had with my old insurance company. So, I thought I might look up some quotes and found 21st Century insurance company. I got response back to quickly but didn't think much on it. Something kept nagging at the back of my gut saying, 'you should do some research BEFORE you decide to stick with this company.' When I was told I had to have my truck inspected by their choice of auto mechanics I thought WHAT? I never had that before, I figure so you can find some fault in my vehicle? I don't think so! Then they sent me a form wanting to know what my job exactly was, even though I explained it to them over the phone. I guess this was to raise the rates up huh? No thanks! I'll find another and I did.

Look story short, I found a local group down here in Florida that is wonderful to talk with and very reasonable. I like one on one with a insurance person or adjustor as opposed to the over the phone from who knows where.

Do yourself a favor, DON'T go with this group. It's just not worth it!
