BEWARE!!! THEY WILL DOUBLE THE COST OF YOUR INSURANCE WITH NO NOTIFICATION AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO NOT WANT TO PAY CLAIMS FILED

SO FAR I'VE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS BUT NOT FROM THE COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO AMOUNT BILLED & CLAIMS SERVICE. 21ST CENTURY SENT ME A RECLASSIFICATION LETTER IN SEPT 2011 SHOWING ME THAT MY NEW RATE WAS GOING TO BE $244. THEN WHEN I LOGGED ONTO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT ON 10/05 THEY WERE GETTING READY TO AUTO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR $312.17. I IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED MY AUTOPAY & CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHOM ALSO COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY MY RATE HAD GONE UP & THAT THEY HAD THE SAME $244. SHE ADVISED ME THAT SHE WOULD SEND MY INFORMATION TO THE PREMIUMS OFFICE FOR CORRECTION. HOWEVER I DID HAVE AN ACT OF VANDALISM ON MY CAR IN SEPT THAT 21ST REFUSED TO PAY. AFTER MY 6 MONTHS IS UP I'M SWITCHING BACK TO STATE FARM BUT WANTED TO MAKE OTHER BUYERS BEWARE THAT IF YOU CAN BYPASS COVERAGE THRU 21ST CENTURY PLEASE DO SO BECAUSE ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS.
