BAIT and SWITCH

You call, provide all details to obtain a quote, then every month you get a rate increase. I have excellent credit, no accidents, no tickets, and even paid the premium up-front. The service people must get paid for every customer they sign up. I feel that they are entering incorrect data to give you a lower rate, then when you fill out the the 2 mailings, and 12 page applications, they go back and enter your real data points your rate goes up. When you call you get the run around about why the rate went up. RUN from these people.........
