BAD ACCIDENT INVESTIGATOR

I was involved in small parking lot accident and I consider, it was not my fault. I reported to 21st, no one ever call me. I tried to call them, no return call. One day I received a call from 21st, this is because the other party insurance call my insurance. 21st century did not fight for me at all. They considered, it was my fault by getting verbal information from me and the other party. No drawing has been requested. I offered pictures and he said not necessary but they received pictures from the other party or other insurance. I can tell the other insurance handling the case better than my insurance. I believe because the accident is very small, they did not want to spend their money to do the investigation. I am trying to find better insurance of course better service
