Always awesome

I was surprised to see all the bad reviews. I have always received great service. It is NOT the cheapest in my area, but they always explain the coverage totally, and give me the chance to change my mind. They are all so friendly, and I am so glad I have had them. I realize sometimes premiums change.. this happens with all Insurance places. It has happened once to me here, and it wasn't a lot. I don't even shop around. I feel like they value me, and that mean a lot.
