21st century insurance is a dark greedy company with shady buisness practices

they called me after filling out a a (cheapest quote)form online only five minutes after I completed it. The others just emailed me the their quotes. We agreed upon $202 a month and wave the $73 fee if I sign up for auto payment. Then they still billed me for the $73 after i was signed up because they now have full access to my account. I called a few times on this and now they are not refunding me the $73. they are now just taking it out of my next 5 months of payment so my bill will be something like $83.00 a month. This is a tactic to keep you with them for a full 6 months.
