Customer Review - 21st Century Insurance

21st Has gotten terrible

I've had auto insurance with 21st for years. Recently moved to Florida and have had nothing but problems with them. They changed my rate without notifying, then switched it back only after I was on the phone for an hour. Then they cancelled by policy and wanted to double my rate because their auto pay system was screwed up. I just changed to state farm, not sure how that'll go but it's $50/month cheaper for the same coverage. I'm not one to write reviews very often but they pissed me off enough where I figured I should spread the work. 21st sucks!!
