Customer Review - 21st Century Insurance

21 Century,.. since weeks nothing else problems

Fine,..I was looking for a better provider,..since progressive increased my rates after 18 month (claim free) the 3rd time.
I decided to change to 21 Century,..same price like progressive but I was unwilling to stay were I was. Now, I got almost everyday emails, saying, your Quote has changed.
I asked the customer service via email 3 times to cover only state minimum, they dont change it,...

What is that? I will change ASAP to another provider if they dont care.
